AGREEMENT & WAIVER:  In consideration of being permitted to participate in any way in the training and other activities of J&S Acting Studio, I agree to pay all fees and charges, and I acknowledge that J&S Acting Studio (and it’s coaches) reserve the right to determine my continued participation in such training and activities. Should discontinuation of participation be required, refund if allowed will be pro-rated accordingly.
      On behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, successors, administrators, assigns and whomever else may have an interest either at common law or by operation of statute, I hereby waive any and all claims I or such parties may have now and in the future, and release from all liability and agree not to sue J&S Acting Studio, their officers, directors, employees, instructors, contractors and agents (the "Releasees"), for any and all personal injury, property damage, harm or loss sustained by me as a result of my participation in training, classes, or other activities held at the PRO ACTORS LAB studio(s) due to any cause whatsoever, including, without limitation, negligence on the part of the Releasees.
      I also acknowledge that any content or scene work recorded in class is intended for class use only and, by default, private. If any student wishes to use, share, or post on any social media platform, public website, or public domain, consent must be given by all persons who are featured or can be heard in the footage.

If student is under 16 years of age, we require that you arrange for drop off and pick up before and after class. Because the class time is restricted and very focused, parents will NOT be allowed to audit classes, except by special request.  Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins, as a courtesy.
